We want you to remember that we are always with you. Even when you feel stuck behind walls of your own making, even when you feel so solidly in your physical being, so solidly in your physical being that you aren’t sure how to reach out to your higher self, to us, to any other helpers you may have in non-physical, we will say say to you:

We are always here. And we are always caring for you. And we are always loving you.

We will remind you that your first responsibility in this experience is to love You. And from loving YOU, from loving yourself, then the love can better filter out to others.
When you choose to love others INSTEAD of loving yourself, that is not true.

We will acknowledge you for the ease with which you are treating yourself today. And we know that there are thoughts and beliefs that are residing beneath, within you still, about the inappropriateness of your ease when your (family members), and so many others are working so hard. But we say to you, our dear one, you can serve as an example of caring for yourself, of loving yourself, of allowing yourself the ease that you need when you need it.
