Now what we will say to you is that when we speak of the Monetization of Appreciation, what we are bringing forth for you is the opportunity to have an awareness of the resonance of different vibrations and what they allow into your experience, yes?

And so when you are in a vibration in your experience that feels really really good, you are allowing into your experience other things that feel really really good. And if ease and financial security and abundance are something that feels really really good to you, when you are feeling appreciation, when you are feeling joyful, when you are feeling giggly and in love with life, with others, with yourself, when you are feeling those things, you are an open doorway to every other thing that feels good in your experience.

And so if abundance, if an excess of opportunities and money feel good to you, they can get in more easily when you are feeling these high-flying vibrations. And so we wish to say to you, that if that is a focus of yours, we wish for you to recognize that you can take and balance your vibration that you are feeling with money or abundance that you would like to allow. And so you can give it a monetary value in your life.

Whereas, when you are feeling not so good, when you are feeling depressed or lethargic or ill, that might not allow through the money. And so, if you were to try to monetize the feeling, of feeling lethargic or ill or depressed, you would not put a very high monetary value to that in your experience. But if you are feeling bliss, if you are feeling love, if you are feeling giddy, if you are feeling appreciation, those are really worth something, yes? and you can put the good feeling, high number abundance equal with those vibrations, and you can expect to allow it through.

And so you are creating a sense of expectation when you are adding and recognizing the resonance of high value with the high vibrations.

And we will say to you that very often the easiest way to get into the higher vibrations is to go the way of appreciation. Appreciation is a doorway to many of the other higher vibrations but it is something that you can DO, yes?

Appreciation can be an action that you can take from your physical experience to get into the higher vibrations.

And this is why we talk about the monetization of appreciation, because appreciation can be an action that you can take, yes? And rather than it being some hard work, that most associate with money, with value – they think they have to work hard – but if you take the action of appreciation, that has much more value than any hard work you could ever do. ~Solarum

We will invite you to begin to pay attention to what your thoughts are regarding the details (of the “issue”). Allow yourself to notice them – even when they don’t feel good.

And we know that very often when you know about aligning your vibration with happiness and love and appreciation, that very often those thoughts that DON’T FEEL GOOD, you back away from them.
(Q: Yes, I do.)

But we want you to allow yourself to Notice them, to Notice them, to Become Aware of them and what they are because if you are pushing them aside and not looking at them, then they have no opportunity to shift.
Very often when you allow yourself to notice and become aware of what your thoughts are that are causing the bad feelings, when you allow yourself to recognize them, you will realize You No Longer Need That Thought. But, if you don’t allow yourself to become aware of it, it continues playing on a loop in the background. Yes? And so, if it is playing on a loop in the background, it is affecting your vibration. (…)

You do not wish to allow that play on a loop in the background, and very often that is what many in physical are doing when they begin to recognize about the law of attraction. (Based on) What they have been told about the law of attraction, they are afraid if they feel it, if they are thinking it, then they are going to be attracting that. But if you don’t allow yourself to be aware of what you’re thinking and feeling, it is still playing in there, in the background… and you are trying to cover it up – and that does not work.

And we will say, that as you allow yourself to truly notice what the thoughts are behind the bad feelings that you have, you will much more easily be able to shift them and to release them, and to replace them more solidly with the knowing that you HAVE. You have a new knowing, but it is being caused interference by your old beliefs that you have not let go of yet.

But just closing the door on them does not help you to let go of them. And so, we are not inviting you to wallow in them, but to Notice Them and to let them move through you. And if they move through you with tears? That is cleansing, dear one. Allow yourself to recognize how cleansed you can be. If you feel moved to tears, allow them to come through. We will be helping to clean you out and to let go of those feelings.

And, we would invite you, when you begin to notice what the thoughts are, you become aware of them, follow your guidance. There may be times that it will benefit you to write it out and to recognize what this thought really is, because if you can write it out you can very often recognize it very clearly. And so, we would invite you to follow your guidance. If you are called to write it out – do that. Allow yourself to become aware of it that way, and then you can then write and feel and flow and allow yourself to get in there and realize what the truth is, because you KNOW what the truth is. You know what the truth is. And we have helped to activate that truth within you through the Vibrational answering. So it is turned up to a higher level now, but it was with you before.

But it is turned up to a higher level now where you can recognize it when you are open to it. And we know that you are now open to this. Yes, and there need be no fear of those bad feeling thoughts because they are not who you now be. They are not who you now be.

You know your connection with all that is. You know that we flow through you and the ripples of your vibration are going out into the universe around you and bringing you into contact with that which resonates with you.

And when you allow yourself to let go of those old limiting beliefs and feelings, when you allow yourself to let go of them? Oh, you have also been putting out such a strong vibration, such a powerful positive, loving, very loving vibration from you – that when you turn off the background noise of these old beliefs? Phew! You will be so powerfully magnetized, so powerfully magnetized. ~Aaron (One Who Is Plural)

And we are going to give you something to play with because you are using the words, “I can have whatever I want” and you can, but what you are going to get is whatever you are vibrating and whatever you are resonant with.

That is a distinction that can be very important in your experience because it is a major distinction between “getting what you want” and if you are actually resonating with what you want. Because you can have desires and wants that you are not resonating with, and until you are resonating with them, they cannot come into your experience.

What we want you to do – and we have spoken about this before – but you are to look for evidence. You are to look for evidence of how it IS SHOWING UP in your life no matter how small. And we invite you to still stay in this big expansive “Yes. This is the vision of what I want.” And we want you to notice where you are already experiencing it.

We want you to know the small bits, the little details where you are already experiencing it, rather than holding yourself apart from it saying, “That is where I want to go.” We want you to recognize the places and the instances where you are Already There, so that it becomes not so much a “wanting” of this but, as you were saying before, “Of course, I’ve already done that.”

“Of course, I’ve already done that.” When you are in that vibration of “of course, I’ve already done that” then, of course, you’ve already done that. You are already there. But you can do that by noticing the small instances, the evidence of where you have created in your life, where your life is in resonance with the life you are creating, (the life) you are envisioning.

Begin to notice the evidence. And you can notice the evidence in others too. You can find out about their stories – people who are living the life that you wish. Find out. What is the evidence? How did they get there? What did they do to get there?

But notice the evidence, of what you have already created in your life. Play that up. Become resonant with the knowing of yourself as a Creator. And you are doing this. And you are doing this. But it is the distinction that we wish to point out to you that it is different from WANTING something.

YOU WILL NOT ALWAYS BRING TO YOU WHAT YOU WANT UNLESS YOU FIND RESONANCE WITH IT.

And we will say that the vibration of appreciation is resonant with everything you want. So when you feel appreciation for ANYTHING in your life, when you feel appreciation for anything in your life you are bringing yourself into resonance with what you want.

Claiming your nature of wellness (audio on YouTube)

Being well is your natural state of being, but through your experience you have taken on many beliefs that are contrary to that. And we wish to say to you that you can claim your nature of wellness. You can redevelop and reform your beliefs in this essential truth.

And so, that is what we wish for you to play with your focus on some, is the finding of the basis and the rebuilding of the knowing of the truth that when you are in alignment with the love that you be, when you are in alignment with the love that you be, all the health issues begin to fritter away in your memory. They will not be so strong a knowing.

You can claim your knowing of your health. And what we wish for you to do is to notice those moments when you are feeling your best, to notice those moments when you are feeling great ease, and to really solidify them – bring them into form with you more strongly. Write about them. Talk about them. Talk about how well you have been feeling in whatever moments you are feeling well. Notice, look for the signs of your More health, Yes? Look for the signs that health is reclaiming you. And we wish for you to notice, pay attention, whatever it is – writing, talking, we would even suggest playing with pictures for yourself – pictures of yourself, pictures of others… whatever it is that helps you to know “Yes, I feel that way.”

And we would even invite you, when you are noticing a physical symptom in a certain part of your body – and your attention has been drawn there to notice it – we invite you to send it love and then we also invite you to scan your body and find a piece of your body that feels Well, that feels At Ease, and place your focus there as much as you can. And even just doing this a little bit – every little bit that you do this will bring more wellness into your being. ~Aaron (One Who Is Plural)
